When you order with hhgregg.com, your appliances will be delivered free nationwide. If your item is shipped through Freight the delivery company will contact you a day before delivery to schedule an appointment so that you can be present, inspect and sign for the delivery.

Standard Curbside Delivery:

Shipping time varies, depending on your location and the product you are ordering.Typical ship times are 10-21 business days from date your order is confirmed depending on shipping destination. This is a commercial curbside delivery service.

In Home Service:

We do offer an In-Home delivery option which we deliver in your home. The additional cost is typically $69 per item (certain restrictions apply). Please note that the delivery person will NOT remove the any cartons, packaging material, Styrofoam and any Polycarbonate residual wrap. We also advise that you only dispose of these materials and parts only after installation. Upon delivery please inspect the items carefully. You will be required to sign a proof of delivery receipt. Please note any damage on this receipt or, if refusing a delivery due to damage please write refused due to damage on the receipt. Please inspect the merchandise thoroughly prior to the delivery agent?s departure.

RDA - Restricted Delivery Area:

The United States is a very large area to deliver large equipment, especially considering the special commercial trucks often used when shipping large and expensive appliances. There are instances that the area you wish to receive merchandise to is in a Restricted Delivery Area (RDA). Unfortunately, this is out of our control. Although we are always seeking out new and specialty servicing trucking companies to work with there are areas we simply cannot deliver to, while other areas can be serviced but at an additional charge. If you believe you are in one of these areas please call before ordering to see exactly what your options are. We are very sorry for the inconvenience. Restricted delivery areas are typically designated by zip code - there may be an additional charge - there also may be instances where delivery is not possible.
