We have had our fridge for about a month. I absolutely LOVE it! The only thing that we have a little trouble with is the storage space in the freezer but we were limited on space in our kitchen and we have a deep freeze so it works best for our needs! The space in the fridge side itself is amazing, its so nice to be able to put everything in with ease and not having to pile it all on top of each other. I would DEFINITELY recommend this fridge to others!!

The fridge is kind of small. I struggle with large items, like a large pitcher for my tea. It's a tight squeeze to get it on the top shelf.
There really isn't a lot of storage space in the freezer. Also, the bottom freezer shelf flipped over the other day, causing a HUGE commotion and waking my sleeping fiance.
The icemaker continues to spit out ice after you have stopped pushing the lever. Sometimes, ice ends up on the floor instead of in the glass. And when I indicate that I want crushed ice, I get a few chunks of cubed in there (which I can live with). Overall, it's an okay fridge, but I realize now that we could've gotten a lot more bang for our buck with something else.

It has ice and dispenses it in cubes and crushed. BUT IT HAS NO WATER DISPENSER. The shelves in the refrigerator leave a gap in the rear so FOOD AND CANS CAN FALL BEHIND THEM DOWN TO THE BOTTOM AREA WHERE IT IS DIFFICULT TO RETREIVE THEM. THERE IS NO ENCLOSED AREA IN THE REFRIGERATOR COMPARTMENT FOR MEATS AND CHEESES, ETC. IT IS NOISY IN ITS OPERATION.
Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Purchased our Whirlpool Side-by Side approx. 2 months ago. Love the door "gallon" storage on the fridge. Cubed/Crushed Ice with Water dispenser in the door is a great feature, especially with kids. Cannot fit a full size pizza in the freezer but there is a nice basket in the bottom that works great for the frozen veggies. I would recommend this Side-by-Side to anyone looking for a big fridge/smaller freezer with ice/water thru the door.

I was replacing a 15 year old Maytag of same size and the quality of the Maytag was superior. Drawers are cheap and probably won't last long, no meat/cheese drawer, no egg holder, both fridge and freezer seem to hold less - maybe I'm just not used to it yet.
