The freezer compartment is deep & allows maximum storage within a smaller space without any extra effort. I am pleased with how efficient this product is & how quietly it runs. I especially like the fact that the refrigerator & freezer doors both close automatically. No more leaving the door open by mistake. I prefer less add-ons & frills & look more to the practical & longlasting. I would definitely recommend this product!!!

I just received it and unpacked it and the doors plastic shelving units rattle. They show this caddie which you can not utilize unless you remove it each and every time you want to put something in it. It does not come out with ease. The vegetable draws are so thin and you really can not regulate them. The light bulb got very hot while we were unwrapping everything. I really thought this was going to be an improvement. Maybe it is time to reevaluate this product. I am disappointed. This will be my last Whirlpool product I purchase.

Keeps your food cold,ha. This unit fairs well with the 20+ Kenmore it will replace. Seems that for the temps to match mine needed to be set at the max setting, more for the freezer that the fridge. Wish there was an adjustment to divert the cold to one compartment or the other. The layout is different and some plussed and a few minuses. To me the biggy is about dependability and performance, yes it keeps my food cold, thanks.

My old one is in the garage, but my wife want the new put there and the new in the garage. To main steps backward, on light in the freezer and no pull out tray. Miss them. Plus on the door where put items, width is less so harder to put items that I could before. Older frig was bought in 2000, still works great. Replaced it so it would match the rest of new appliances.

We replaced a fancy side by side with ice and water, etc, through the freezer door. Just more "stuff" to cause trouble. This unit with the installed ice maker does the same thing for much less money, and, the ease of use is just as good. I have good hands and arms and can easily open the freezer door to get ice. Besides, water through the door means replacing water filters frequently, a real pain.

I am happy with my purchase. I like the top freezer. The storage drawers are very smooth and have a quiet glide. The one drawback is the sound when running. It sounds like my dog gently snoring . astounded that freezer had no light. flimsy drawer with bracket that kept falling out. light for fridge when door is left opened is right where my hand reaches for items and I brush against it and turn it off. llimited brackets for shelf arrangement.. should have had metal strips to mount shelves for variable use. get the feeling that your manufacturing bottom line was the focus; not user satisfaction. grips on vegetable bins not convenient and made of really cheap plastic... get the feeling it will not last the life of the fridge. really a total bummer... yes, it is quiet and does the job but I should have done more shopping.. bought in a hurry after power outage that made a replacement quickly mandatory. I hope it last better than I suspect it will.. ugh.

Services included in Basic Delivery:
- 3-Hour Window: The delivery driver will call on the morning of the delivery, between 6:30am and 8:30am, to provide you with a 3-hour window for delivery. Now you can plan the rest of your day with our three-hour delivery window, and feel confident that you won't miss a meeting, errand, or appointment!
- 40-Minute Call-Ahead Service: The delivery team will call you approximately forty minutes before they arrive at your home, so there is no need to wait at home all day!
- Unpack, level and test appliances. Some exclusions may apply. See Delivery Details below for more information.
- Install icemaker prior to delivery. Complete ice hookups additional charge.
- Partial icemaker line hookup, provided water valve is directly behind refrigerator. Additional fees may apply.
- Switch Refrigerator/Dryer door prior to delivery
- Hook up h.h. gregg electrical cord and dryer venting. Purchased separately.
- Normal gas hookup, provided shut off valve is directly behind the unit. Additional charges may apply. h.h. gregg does not install gas appliances in Tennessee or Alabama
- Removal of boxes and packing materials
- Removal or movement of old appliances, electronics and fitness equipment within the home, at the time of the original delivery, on a one for one basis. h.h. gregg will not remove or move old furniture.
- We cannot disassemble old units or remove stair banister or door frames to remove old appliances.
- Gregg Appliances, Inc. CANNOT be held responsible for any damage to property during removal of old products.

- Wait to receive confirmation e-mails:
- Order confirmation – Verifies that we've received your order.
- Ready for pickup – Confirms that your item is ready for pickup. It will also tell you what to bring to the store.
- At the store, look for the Customer Service Desk — or ask the Associate at the door to direct you to the right place.
Bring to the Store:
- Your government-issued photo ID
- The credit card used for the purchase (if you used one)
- Your order number (for a speedier processing)
