Repair Plan Coverage

- 100% Coverage on Parts & Labor: Covers mechanical and electrical breakdowns - even those due to normal wear & tear.*
- No Deductibles: No hidden charges or fees.
- In-Home Service: Professional service technicans to repair your product in the comfort of your home.*
- No Lemon Guarantee: If your covered product requires more than three repairs for the same defect, we'll replace it.
- Up to 10 years of Coverage on Major Components for Selected Items: Includes major products, such as home appliances, consumer electronics, etc.*
- Accidental Damage from Handling (ADH): In the normal and customary use of products, damages can occur. ADH covers your cameras, camcorders and other select products from breakdowns due to drops, spills, cracked lenses and screens.
- Power Surge Protection: Breakdowns resulting from power surges are covered. Manufacturer's warranties do not offer this protection.
- Food Spoilage: In the event that your refrigerator or freezer fails to cool, due to functional part failure, you may qualify for up to $250 toward your food loss replacement.
- Transferable: Coverage is transferable if the product is sold or given as a gift, at no extra charge.
Replacement Plan Coverage

- Front Load Washer: Only the Drive Motor and motor control board are covered

This is a great DVD player and very low cost. Has great picture and sound. Was very easy to set up to my Dish remote. It's so easy to use my two year has no problems playing his movies. I use it for movies and music and have no complaints whatsoever.

Could hear the DVD spin inside and some clicking noises like it was trying to read but couldn't. Cleaned the lens and still did not work. This thing is cheaply made. Hardly any weight to it. Biggest waste of money ever.

Inexpensive but lacks some basic features

Reading other reviews, I'm concerned about how long the player will work. Maybe it will never be a problem. I was remiss in not paying attention to the player's features, but it never occurred to me that any player at any price would lack two very basic features. One, showing the time elapsed is far more important than which chapter one is watching, although both numbers could (and should) certainly be displayed. Two, if you are unable to finish a movie, not being able to turn off the player and have it remember your stopping point is a real negative.

Not what it appears to be

Up until a month ago my dvd player was working fine. Now it's saying load, with no disk in the player and when you press the open button it does not open; it just makes clicking noises. I am so disappointed.
