Why can none be purchased even though you website shows 20 are left?Asked on 11/22/2012 by Charlie from Louisville, KYKnow the answer? Answer this question

A:
Hi Charlie,
The promotion started with 20 TV's to be given out at that price. When it launched a glitch in our website was not allowing people to add the item to their basket. In order to fix the problem we took the website offline for a few minutes. When we reopened the website the TVs sold out in a matter of seconds as there were more than 20 people nationwide gunning for this product at the time. I am sorry if this has caused any inconvenience to you, your family or friends. Please let us know if we can assist you with anything else. Thanks!Answered on 11/23/2012 by Anonymous
