- No Lemon Guarantee: If your covered product requires more than three repairs for the same defect, we'll replace it.
- Up to 10 years of Coverage on Major Components for Selected Items: Includes major products, such as home appliances, consumer electronics, etc.*
- Accidental Damage from Handling (ADH): In the normal and customary use of products, damages can occur. ADH covers your cameras, camcorders and other select products from breakdowns due to drops, spills, cracked lenses and screens.
- Power Surge Protection: Breakdowns resulting from power surges are covered. Manufacturer's warranties do not offer this protection.
- Food Spoilage: In the event that your refrigerator or freezer fails to cool, due to functional part failure, you may qualify for up to $250 toward your food loss replacement.
- Transferable: Coverage is transferable if the product is sold or given as a gift, at no extra charge.
Replacement Plan Coverage
If the service team is unable to repair your product, your Premium Service Plan (PSP) will cover a replacement.

This TV was the best gift I have ever given my aging 91 year old Mother Elizabeth! It is in her bedroom and she delights in being able to lie on her adjustable bed to watch it. She is hard of hearing but does not have to wear her hearing aids the sound is so perfect. She also has really bad eye sight but the crystal clear picture provides a clarity that is unsurpassed by any TV she has ever had. Hats off to H.H. Gregg for carrying Toshiba! My Mother had given up trying to watch TV and is now so delighted to have one she can hear and see so well. This TV provides her with her only source of entertainment and has reconnected her to the world around her. Mother now has a better attitude and uplifted spirits and would not take anything for her new TV. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!!

Unfortunately the sound quality is horrible. I tried to adjust the setting, but it still sounds monotone. When I attempt raise the volume to the max there is no difference from the volume set at say 30 vs. 100. It just does not get loud enough to when it can be heard well. There is something really wrong with the TV.

Worked great right out of the box. Was easy to set up. Has a great picture for the price. The stereo sound is weak. Speakers point down instead of into the room. Since I am using it in the bedroom the sound is OK.
