I thought it was great until my clothes were coming out soaking wet. The washer didn't spin out properly every time. Samsung customer service was horrible and told me that they wouldn't even come out to service it because it wasn't a recurring problem, even though it happened twice in the first 6 days I had it. I returned it for an LG and then found out that a LOT of people had the same problem from reviews I read online.

What a sweet washer. My daughter (41) and I just love the large capacity, quiet wash, and the easiest washer to use. Had been battling an old washer for some time and had to talk myself into the higher price for a washer, but boy am I glad I did. It does an outstanding job of getting the clothes washed in such a short time and ready to put into the dryer quickly.
I just wish some company offer a bigger discount on the pedestals. Have to figure out what to use them for beside raising up the washer. It is, however, right where I can use it comfortably.

Wherever you are, the delivery team will call you approximately forty minutes before they arrive at your home, so there is no need to wait at home all day!
- 3-Hour Window: A "3 hour delivery window" will be communicated via a confirmation call by the driver on the morning of delivery (6:30 am - 8:30am). No time requests. Now you can plan the rest of your day with our three-hour delivery window, and feel confident that you won't miss a meeting, errand, or appointment!
- Unpack, level and test appliances
- Install icemaker prior to delivery
- Refrigerator/Dryer door change prior to delivery
- Hook up hhgregg electrical cord and dryer venting. Purchased separately.
- Normal gas hookup (4 or 6 ft. available; shut off directly behind the unit) [not available in Tennessee]
- Partial icemaker line hookup* provided water valve is directly behind refrigerator
- Removal of boxes and packing materials
- Removal, or movement within the home, (on a one for one basis) of old appliances or television

Here's how it works:
- Place an eligible item in your cart and choose the Pickup In-Store option.
- Click "Check Availability"and enter your ZIP code. Items available for Pickup In-Store are available for pickup within approximately one hour. Select the store where you'd like to pick up your purchase.
- Complete your order.
- Wait to receive confirmation e-mails:
- Order confirmation – Verifies that we've received your order.
- Ready for pickup – Confirms that your item is ready for pickup. It will also tell you what to bring to the store.
- At the store, look for the Customer Service Desk — or ask the Associate at the door to direct you to the right place.
Bring to the Store:
- Your government-issued photo ID
- The credit card used for the purchase (if you used one)
- Your order number (for a speedier processing)
