I use this tv twice a day to watch news, in early am and pm. The picture is fabulous. The sound seems sort of dull and the remote doesn't respond until the same key is pressed 2-3 times. I have made several purchases from HH Gregg over the years and will continue to do so. I'm unhappy with the product but not HH Gregg.

Purchased tv for daughter to take to college dorm two hours from home. After less than two weeks it was useless. You turn on, it shuts off. Multiple times. Exchanged on the 14th day after purchase for a Samsung. Needless to say daughter had to make special trip back home to exchange. Waste of gas, money and our time.

- Click "Check Availability"and enter your ZIP code. Items available for Pickup In-Store are available for pickup within approximately one hour. Select the store where you'd like to pick up your purchase.
- Complete your order.
- Wait to receive confirmation e-mails:
- Order confirmation – Verifies that we've received your order.
- Ready for pickup – Confirms that your item is ready for pickup. It will also tell you what to bring to the store.
- At the store, look for the Customer Service Desk — or ask the Associate at the door to direct you to the right place.
Bring to the Store:
- Your government-issued photo ID
- The credit card used for the purchase (if you used one)
- Your order number (for a speedier processing)
