Because of size and weight constraints, some of the items offered through hhgregg.com are not available to be shipped, such as big-screen televisions and large appliances. You'll need to indicate your preferred shipping method when you've completed shopping online. We also offer additional shipping options at a charge such as 2nd Day and Next Day shipping.
  1. Applies only to shipments to the continental United States.
  2. Excludes any item which ships by freight carrier.
  3. Excludes any purchase in our retail stores.
  4. If you choose an enhanced shipping option such as next-day air delivery you will be charged for the cost of the upgraded service.

The online store accepts the hhgregg credit card, VISA, MasterCard and Discover.

Check Acceptance Policy
We do not accept checks for online purchases.

We gladly accept checks in our retail stores, however we reserve the right to refuse certain checks. See store for complete details. If your check is accepted we will process it through CheckAGAIN™, a nationwide check authorization service. When one of our cashiers processes a check, the customer's check information is automatically sent to CheckAGAIN. CheckAGAIN must authorize the check for the transaction to be complete.

If the check is returned unpaid, your signature gives permission to debit your checking account electronically for the original check amount plus a service fee up to $25. Payment by check constitutes acceptance of the terms.

If your check was not authorized by CheckAGAIN and you want to find out why, you may contact CheckAGAIN directly with your concerns.

hhgregg Gift Card Redemption Terms
hhgregg gift cards are good toward future in-store purchases at any of our retail stores. hhgregg gift cards my not be used online as a method of payment.

When you receive your hhgregg gift card, it's already active and ready to use at any of our retail stores.

Gift Cards are redeemable for merchandise and services only. No portion is redeemable for cash. hhgregg is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards. Not valid as payment on hhgregg credit card. Not valid for more than amount indicated. Gift Cards are not credit or debit cards. In-store purchases are deducted from Gift Card until balance reaches zero. To check your balance visit any of our retail stores.

Pricing Policies
Online prices, offers and selection may vary from our retail stores and are subject to change. Prior purchases excluded from current offers. We reserve the right to limit quanities. See store and weekly ad for more details.

hhgregg absolutely guarantees that you won't find a lower price on the products we sell. If for some reason you find a lower price from a competitor's local store on the same in-stock model, we'll honor their price plus give you 10% of the difference - on the spot. It's simple - just bring us proof of the lower price at the time of your purchase or within thirty days after you purchase from us. Our 110% price guarantee does not apply when the competitor's price includes free or bonus offers, financing, delivery, installation or rebate offers, nor on one-of-a-kind, packaged or limited offers, internet pricing or products purchased online at www.hhgregg.com.

If hhgregg lowers its price within 30 days of your original purchase, we'll gladly refund you the difference between the price you paid and our current price.

hhgregg's Online Price Guarantee
At this time we do not have a price match guarantee for online purchases. However, if you purchase an item online choosing in-store pick up, and the item is offered at a lower price when you pick it up, you will be charged the lower price.

Sales Tax Policies
hhgregg is required to charge sales tax for on-line customers in Alabama, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, North Carolina, Ohio, and Tennessee. The sales tax is based on your local sales tax rate (calculated from the zip code of your shipping address) and added to your total purchase price. No sales tax will be charged for customers who reside outside the above-mentioned states.

Delivery, Shipping and Retail Store Pickup
There are 3 methods of delivering your online purchase from hhgregg.com. Depending on the type and size of product you will have two choices for each product you select. The defined delivery methods are as follows:

For large items like TVs and appliances. Choosing this option means your purchase will be delivered by one of our Professional Delivery Teams.
For smaller products that are UPS shippable.
All items are available for retail store pickup.
Retail Store Only
Items that can only be purchase in a retail location, not available online.



Delivery
Home Delivery is handled exclusively by hhgregg's in-house Professional Delivery Teams and our own fleet of delivery vehicles.

hhgregg's home delivery is limited to zip codes located around our retail locations or distribution centers. To find out if you live within our normal delivery area, go to the Delivery Availability page. If you purchase a deliverable item online a Customer Service Professional will contact you within 24 hours to arrange your delivery. For information as to cost and what is included see Deluxe Delivery Charges and Do's and Don'ts. As we add locations to our network of stores, our delivery area will expand. If your location is out of our delivery area, check back frequently to see if we have opened a store near you.

UPS Shipping
You may choose from ground, 2nd day and next day shipping. Shipping charges will be displayed by placing the item in your shopping cart. For information on tracking your online order see Order Tracking.

Retail Store Pickup
One advantage of picking up your purchase from one of our retail locations is that you avoid paying delivery or shipping charges.

During the on-line order process, you'll be given the option to pick up your purchase from one of our store locations. All on-line purchases will be made available for pickup within 72 hours of your on-line purchase. Make sure to bring your on-line sales receipt, a picture ID and the credit card you used to make your purchase when picking up your purchase from one of our retail locations. The name on the ID must match the name on the purchasing credit card. To ensure the security of your online purchases, only the person who made the purchase may pick up the merchandise at a store. At the time of pickup, if the item(s) are offered at a lower price in the store, we will automatically credit the difference to your credit card.
