Extremely satisfied with the performance! This was my first 'HE' type of washer and I am simply amazed by how it works. It is a complete departure from a conventional washer and the first couple of times I washed clothes, I was shocked at what I was able to see thru its glass top. Remember when you were a kid and sat in the bathtub, rocking back and forth to create a 'tidal wave'? Well, that's LG's idea behind Wave Force technology - the washer forces the water thru the fabrics of your clothing as opposed to pounding them with a fixed agitator. The result is that clothes don't take such a beating, theoretically making them last longer. It also cleans things like I've never seen! It is also qualified for a $100 Energy Star rebate from our local power company which was a pleasant surprise. I would highly recommend this machine to anyone as their first high efficiency washer. It is...incredible.

I think I was just taken in by the snazzy appearance and electronic wizardry. This is a really pretty washer/dryer combo and looks great in the laundry room but the washer lacks certain features I wanted, features even the salesman didn't know what he was talking about. I wanted a soak cycle, one I could soak clothes in overnight. The salesman assured me this washer would hold a tub full of water overnight or for however long I wanted, even pointing out the "Soak Cycle" on the machine. It doesn't. It drains out after about 45 minutes no matter what you do, even unplugging the machine. There's not a "hot" cycle. Even though you can select "hot wash" what you get is tepid at best. Now, after reading other complaints about this, I find out that this is part of the Energy Star rating for this machine--you never get "hot" water washes. I was not particularly interested in saving the planet when I bought a new washer. I wanted what I wanted in a washer and I didn't get it in this LG Wave Force. Over all, this washer does and okay job on everyday clothes as far as getting them clean and it is pretty to look at; however, if I had it to do over again, especially for this amount of money, I would buy another kind.

This washing machine is incredible! The features and variety of cycles are great. Clothes come out clean and spun "dry" so they don't take long in the dryer. Machine is quiet and easy to use. I love to do laundry again! Life IS good!!

LOVE THIS WASHER!! This washer replaced a 22 year old washer and we have come a long way. The capacity is so large, I only do a few loads a week. The washer is so quiet, you barely know it is running.

I love this washer. At 1st I was kind of scared to use but once I got the 1st load in I was in AWW. I love this machine. My clothes have never been so clean and smelling fresh. My laundry room is so small and they fit perfect. I just wish I knew what the heck it was doing when washing cloths. lol but I do love this washer!

I love the LG top loader--the huge tub, the choices of cycles, the ease of operation. It even has a lovely chime song at the end of the cycle. I can do 4 loads a week-for a 2 person household and bedding for a boxer pup.--a real time saver. I've never enjoyed doing laundry until now!

We purchased this washer, even though our previous washer was still new. It washes faster, and is so much more quiet..Our other washer was a front load(it was okay)but nothing compares to this. Its holds even more than my other, and still cleans thoroughly. I would recommend this washer to anyone: Quality, Price, Performance.

I love this washer! Its huge which is great for my family. I do about 2 loads a week for a family of 4! Its awesome and I'm so glad I got it. It saves water on its own, but then its large capacity size reduces the number of loads. I've had it for a few months and so far, its been amazing. Honestly, its a bit expensive but its well worth the money. Great washer!!

If you make an online purchase of a deliverable item, a Customer Service Representative will contact you, after the order has been processed, to schedule your delivery.
Services included in Basic Delivery:
- 3-Hour Window: The delivery driver will call on the morning of the delivery, between 6:30am and 8:30am, to provide you with a 3-hour window for delivery. Now you can plan the rest of your day with our three-hour delivery window, and feel confident that you won't miss a meeting, errand, or appointment!
- 40-Minute Call-Ahead Service: The delivery team will call you approximately forty minutes before they arrive at your home, so there is no need to wait at home all day!
- Unpack, level and test appliances. Some exclusions may apply. See Delivery Details below for more information.
- Install icemaker prior to delivery. Complete ice hookups additional charge.
- Partial icemaker line hookup, provided water valve is directly behind refrigerator. Additional fees may apply.
- Switch Refrigerator/Dryer door prior to delivery
- Hook up h.h. gregg electrical cord and dryer venting. Purchased separately.
- Normal gas hookup, provided shut off valve is directly behind the unit. Additional charges may apply. h.h. gregg does not install gas appliances in Tennessee or Alabama
- Removal of boxes and packing materials
- Removal or movement of old appliances, electronics and fitness equipment within the home, at the time of the original delivery, on a one for one basis. h.h. gregg will not remove or move old furniture.
