Very happy I did! From there, I checked out other LG appliances and bought them too. Very impressed with the workmanship and quality of each. Waited until now to write this review. wanted to really make sure that my LG appliances really lived up to their name. Have had applicances for 4 months.

We love this refrigerator. It is stunningly beautiful and very quiet even during ice making. The one feature I would like to see improved is for the vegetable bins to be bigger. The major complain I have is less than one month in owning this refrigerator I start to get the error codes "ER IF" on the refrigerator panel in which the refrigerator disables the water and ice dispensing and ice making. Resetting and trouble shooting does not seem to help and we have to call service, bummer for a 1-month new supposely top of the line refrigerator. Also after doing some research it seems the ER-IF error code is referring to either a failed ice-maker fan or the control circuit board which from the discussing forums are items are seem most likely to fail first for LG french door refrigerators, definitely a design weakness LG needs to address immediately.

Problems at first. Unit was delivered missing the water filter(they cost $50 every 6mo.) which the store eventually provided after a trip back there. After I installed the water filter the error codes started lighting up on the door. The fridge and freezer seemed to be working, but the ice and water on the door did not work. The factory service tech came out and ran tests and ordered parts. He returned a few days later and replaced the main circuit board.

We have had this refrigerator for 3 months and I have no complaints. I like the space inside and easy access to everything especially the double drawer freezer. Only thing I could possibly ask for different would be the glide and serve drawer for my purposes I would like to have 2 drawers instead of 1 large drawer. Overall, I am very happy with my purchase!

we live in the mountains of Arizona and in the summer the ice maker cannot keep up providing us sufficient ice cubes (we select the small size). Everything else is great. We prefer to buy LG products when we can.

had almost a year, nice fit and finnish, quite, works well. had a issue with the left door closure but within one week new part was here and installed. need to jiggle ice bucket to get the ice to fall once and awhile. but over all nice and good unit. would probably buy another, hopefully not for 20 yrs. had great service from the local hometown dealer.

We have only had this appliance for 4 days but it is incredible! Besides looking awesome and the tons of room it is so convenient! The two drawer freezer is as great as I hoped! The teenagers are always looking for snacks and the freezer was open too much. I designated the top drawer for popsicles, cold packs for lunches, frozen snacks for microwave etc. The bottom drawer is to keep items really cold without the drawer being opened 10 times a day! We have a large freezer in the cellar for even more room but there is a lot of space in this unit too! French doors and deli drawer will take getting used to! The only drawback I find at this time is that to get to cheese/deli meats I have to open both french doors to access the big drawer. I am not used to small produce drawers either but the advantages out weigh the disadvantages by a lot! AND...I may get used to it all and change how we do things! Also so very quiet! Love the ice cube size too! I have arthritis in my hands and back...easy to open freezer drawers compared to other bottom freezers and the way the freezer is set up there is no bending and searching to locate items!! :-) !

If you make an online purchase of a deliverable item, a Customer Service Representative will contact you, after the order has been processed, to schedule your delivery.
Services included in Basic Delivery:
- 3-Hour Window: The delivery driver will call on the morning of the delivery, between 6:30am and 8:30am, to provide you with a 3-hour window for delivery. Now you can plan the rest of your day with our three-hour delivery window, and feel confident that you won't miss a meeting, errand, or appointment!
- 40-Minute Call-Ahead Service: The delivery team will call you approximately forty minutes before they arrive at your home, so there is no need to wait at home all day!
- Unpack, level and test appliances. Some exclusions may apply. See Delivery Details below for more information.
- Install icemaker prior to delivery. Complete ice hookups additional charge.
- Partial icemaker line hookup, provided water valve is directly behind refrigerator. Additional fees may apply.
- Switch Refrigerator/Dryer door prior to delivery
- Hook up h.h. gregg electrical cord and dryer venting. Purchased separately.
- Normal gas hookup, provided shut off valve is directly behind the unit. Additional charges may apply. h.h. gregg does not install gas appliances in Tennessee or Alabama
- Removal of boxes and packing materials
- Removal or movement of old appliances, electronics and fitness equipment within the home, at the time of the original delivery, on a one for one basis. h.h. gregg will not remove or move old furniture.
- We cannot disassemble old units or remove stair banister or door frames to remove old appliances.
