We are a retired couple with children and grandchildren visiting daily. The doors are opened often, and the temperature remains steady. We have never had a shortage of cubes or any negative issues with the ice maker. I particularly like the middle drawer, where we keep healthy snacks for easy access. I am completely satisfied with this product, and plan on buying the matching oven and stovetop.

The refrigerator is impossible to get inside the 32 inch door as assembled since the two door handles extend themselves outward. Therefore, you will need to remove the handles to get the refrigerator inside the door and then reassemble the doors back onto the refrigerator. - 40-Minute Call-Ahead Service: At hhgregg, we're always looking for ways to help. To make your delivery more convenient, we have a 40-Minute Call-Ahead Delivery service. Wherever you are, the delivery team will call you approximately forty minutes before they arrive at your home, so there is no need to wait at home all day!
- 3-Hour Window: A "3 hour delivery window" will be communicated via a confirmation call by the driver on the morning of delivery (6:30 am - 8:30am). No time requests. Now you can plan the rest of your day with our three-hour delivery window, and feel confident that you won't miss a meeting, errand, or appointment!
- Unpack, level and test appliances
- Install icemaker prior to delivery
- Refrigerator/Dryer door change prior to delivery
- Hook up hhgregg electrical cord and dryer venting. Purchased separately.
- Normal gas hookup (4 or 6 ft. available; shut off directly behind the unit) [not available in Tennessee]
- Partial icemaker line hookup* provided water valve is directly behind refrigerator
- Removal of boxes and packing materials
- Removal, or movement within the home, (on a one for one basis) of old appliances or television

One advantage of picking up your purchase from one of our retail locations is that you avoid paying delivery or shipping charges.
Here's how it works:
- Place an eligible item in your cart and choose the Pickup In-Store option.
- Click "Check Availability"and enter your ZIP code. Items available for Pickup In-Store are available for pickup within approximately one hour. Select the store where you'd like to pick up your purchase.
- Complete your order.
- Wait to receive confirmation e-mails:
- Order confirmation – Verifies that we've received your order.
- Ready for pickup – Confirms that your item is ready for pickup. It will also tell you what to bring to the store.
- At the store, look for the Customer Service Desk — or ask the Associate at the door to direct you to the right place.
Bring to the Store:
- Your government-issued photo ID
- The credit card used for the purchase (if you used one)
- Your order number (for a speedier processing)
