Hp should have had no problem finding your laptop.You can find your laptop on the hp website (www8.hp.com) by searching HP G62-337NR Notebook PC, or just simply G62237NR and clicking the corresponding link. There you can register your laptop, find updates for software and drivers, as well as get product support. Once your laptop is registered, any time you call hp support they will know the exact make and model of your computer, and know who you are just by your registration information, and you will never have issues like this again. - Click "Check Availability"and enter your ZIP code. Items available for Pickup In-Store are available for pickup within approximately one hour. Select the store where you'd like to pick up your purchase.
- Complete your order.
- Wait to receive confirmation e-mails:
- Order confirmation – Verifies that we've received your order.
- Ready for pickup – Confirms that your item is ready for pickup. It will also tell you what to bring to the store.
- At the store, look for the Customer Service Desk — or ask the Associate at the door to direct you to the right place.
Bring to the Store:
- Your government-issued photo ID
- The credit card used for the purchase (if you used one)
- Your order number (for a speedier processing)
