I purchased this unit after my old Hotpoint bit the dust. I knew I didn't want another Hotpoint, nor a big bill. When I read the reviews and did some research online I was sold. The price is great, the unit is quality merchandise, well built, so quite, and has so much room. It fits perfectly in my galley kitchen, the delivery was clean, quick, on time and very professional. I am a huge fan. I highly recommend Haier products and HHGregg.

- Wait to receive confirmation e-mails:
- Order confirmation – Verifies that we've received your order.
- Ready for pickup – Confirms that your item is ready for pickup. It will also tell you what to bring to the store.
- At the store, look for the Customer Service Desk — or ask the Associate at the door to direct you to the right place.
Bring to the Store:
- Your government-issued photo ID
- The credit card used for the purchase (if you used one)
- Your order number (for a speedier processing)
