The quality of this microwave is poor-
mine broke after only a year of use. The main problem is when you are boiling water on the stove, there is naturally a lot of steam. The steam collects on the microwave key pad and shorts it out. The first time it happened, I let it dry out and it started working again. The second time, it was broken for good. GE needs to make the keypad more water-proof, since it is also necessary to wipe it down with a damp cloth to remove grime. Also, the vent fan is very very weak and does not adequately remove the cooking moisture or fumes.

- Click "Check Availability"and enter your ZIP code. Items available for Pickup In-Store are available for pickup within approximately one hour. Select the store where you'd like to pick up your purchase.
- Complete your order.
- Wait to receive confirmation e-mails:
- Order confirmation – Verifies that we've received your order.
- Ready for pickup – Confirms that your item is ready for pickup. It will also tell you what to bring to the store.
- At the store, look for the Customer Service Desk — or ask the Associate at the door to direct you to the right place.
Bring to the Store:
- Your government-issued photo ID
- The credit card used for the purchase (if you used one)
- Your order number (for a speedier processing)
