First off, it's a microwave and it acts as such. It's a little bit slower to heat than similar models by another manufacturer, but I'm OK with that because my reheated food doesn't cook more and dry out like with a more powerful model. What's a few more seconds? Installation was as expected, just make sure to have a helper.
The downside to this unit is the ANNOYING beeper that CAN NOT BE SHUT OFF! Trust me, you'll know when your food is ready. So will your neighbors. You'll hear three long, loud beeps that don't stop even once you've opened the door. I really wish there was a way to adjust the beeper to shut up once the door was opened, or to just sound one beep instead of three. This seems like a minor gripe, but I've installed similar models from other brands that don't bug me this much. It's my kitchen, I should enjoy it and not run to the microwave to hit the CANCEL button 2 seconds before time expires.
The exhaust fan works well, easy to clean, and the lights are bright enough, although a bit yellow for my tastes. Overall a good solid unit for the price, and with a few tweaks from the factory would be a 5 star review.

This is a great little microwave, especially for the price. The installation was mostly a snap (my existing cupboard and exhaust made for some difficult finagling of the ductwork). The defrost setting is really impressive so long as you get the weight of the food right. The only drawback is the annoying end beep. It beeps three long times regardless if you open the door after the timer runs down. Other than that it's attractive and effective.

Manufacturers do not rate over the counter fan noise levels. However, this particular model has two fan speeds, 170/300 CFM. Reviews do not indicate a problem with fan noise and at the 170 CFM setting, it will be pretty quiet.

Yes, this Frigidaire microwave (model# FFMV164LS) has a 13.5-inch diameter turntable. A front panel can disable turntable rotation.
BTW, that's a fairly large turntable. The one in my over-the-range microwave (an 8-yr-old GE Spacemaker) is only 12.5 inches across, an inch smaller than the turntable in the FFMV164LS.Answered on 5/25/2012 by Community Answer from None

If you make an online purchase of a deliverable item, a Customer Service Representative will contact you, after the order has been processed, to schedule your delivery.
Services included in Basic Delivery:
- 3-Hour Window: The delivery driver will call on the morning of the delivery, between 6:30am and 8:30am, to provide you with a 3-hour window for delivery. Now you can plan the rest of your day with our three-hour delivery window, and feel confident that you won't miss a meeting, errand, or appointment!
- 40-Minute Call-Ahead Service: The delivery team will call you approximately forty minutes before they arrive at your home, so there is no need to wait at home all day!
- Unpack, level and test appliances. Some exclusions may apply. See Delivery Details below for more information.
- Install icemaker prior to delivery. Complete ice hookups additional charge.
- Partial icemaker line hookup, provided water valve is directly behind refrigerator. Additional fees may apply.
- Switch Refrigerator/Dryer door prior to delivery
- Hook up h.h. gregg electrical cord and dryer venting. Purchased separately.
- Normal gas hookup, provided shut off valve is directly behind the unit. Additional charges may apply. h.h. gregg does not install gas appliances in Tennessee or Alabama
- Removal of boxes and packing materials
- Removal or movement of old appliances, electronics and fitness equipment within the home, at the time of the original delivery, on a one for one basis. h.h. gregg will not remove or move old furniture.
- We cannot disassemble old units or remove stair banister or door frames to remove old appliances.
- Gregg Appliances, Inc. CANNOT be held responsible for any damage to property during removal of old products.
