- Accidental Damage from Handling (ADH): In the normal and customary use of products, damages can occur. ADH covers your cameras, camcorders and other select products from breakdowns due to drops, spills, cracked lenses and screens.
- Power Surge Protection: Breakdowns resulting from power surges are covered. Manufacturer's warranties do not offer this protection.

The main difference is the DC41 Animal has the Ball technology which allows it to twist in different ways, while the DC28 has a fixed wheel. Aside from that, the DC28 has a slightly larger bin (.61gal vs .55gal), the DC28 weighs a little more (20.61lbs vs 17.4lbs) and the max reach of the DC28 is slightly longer (52.2ft vs 51.7ft).Answered on 4/30/2012 by Community Answer from None

This is a great vacuum. It has Dyson's patented Root Cyclone™ technology that makes it so your vacuum doesn’'t lose suction power as you vacuum. There is also a Mini turbine head which is great for cleaning pet hair and dirt from tight spaces such as upholstery, stairs and the car. This can save on the cost of additional machines, such as an outside car carpet cleaner. For dedicated cleaners, this is a great investment.
