Introducing "hh�s" Show Me Your State Contest. It�s all happening on "hh�s" Facebook Page. It�s a state by state photo/video contest to help introduce hh to the best parts of your town or anywhere in your state.

Here�s how
Find your state on the schedule. Each statewide contest runs for two weeks. When it�s your turn, simply download an image of hh from hhgregg.com�just his face or "hh" head to toe�print it and take it with you to your favorite location around town or anywhere in the state. Upload your photo or video along with a brief explanation of where you are (include the state!) and why it�s a must see place for "hh" � you know, a Facebook Update. Encourage friends to Like, Comment and Share your entry. Be a friend and do the same for others!

How to Enter

1. On your Facebook page, search �h.h.� Sales Guide and go to the Page. Become a fan.
Click here to go to "hh's" Facebook page

2. Type your entry in the update box, �What�s on your mind?� The written entry should include a brief description of your photograph or video with the location and state where it was taken. Be sure the "hh" likeness is clearly displayed. Include why this location is a must-see for "hh". Click on the photo icon if you are uploading a photograph and upload it from your computer or click on the video icon to upload a video from your computer. Click Share. Your entry will appear as an update. You may submit as many entries as you�d like.

3. Encourage your friends to comment on your entry.

4. Visit the "hh" Sales Guide fan page frequently. Comment, like, share and keep track of your own entry.

Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN VOID WHERE PROHIBITED

The hh Show Me Your State Contest as described in these Official Rules (the "Contest") will be held for a two week period by state according to the following schedule: (the "Contest Entry Period").
Georgia: August 25, 2009 � September 8, 2009
Indiana: September 10, 2009 � September 24, 2009
Ohio: September 27, 2009 � October 11, 2009
North Carolina: September 27, 2009 � October 11, 2009
Florida: October 15, 2009 � October 29, 2009
Tennessee: October 29, 2009 � November 12, 2009
Mississippi: October 29, 2009 � November 12, 2009
South Carolina: November 12, 2009 � November 26, 2009
Virginia: November 19, 2009 � December 3, 2009

1. ELIGIBILITY:

The Contest is open only to legal residents of the states of Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, Ohio, South Carolina and Virginia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or the age of majority in his/her state of residence, whichever is older as of the date of entry. Void where prohibited. This Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, local laws and regulations. Employees, officers and directors of hhgregg, Inc. (�hhgregg� or "Sponsor"), and any of their parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, representatives, franchisees, consultants, contractors, legal counsel, advertising, public relations, promotional, fulfillment, and marketing agencies, web site providers, web masters, and members of their immediate families (spouses, parents, children, siblings and their spouses, regardless of where they live) and those living in the same household are not eligible to enter or win. Participation constitutes entrant�s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and to Sponsor�s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Contest. Winning a prize is contingent on fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. Sponsor reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any winner.

2. HOW TO ENTER THE CONTEST:

During the each Contest Entry Period, each eligible entrant must visit the �h.h.� Sales Guide Facebook Page and become a fan. Fans then visit http://www.hhgregg.com/showmeyourstate to access the link for the �hh� likeness. The likeness is to be printed and used in a photograph or video showing hh in a location of the participant�s choice within his/her state, highlighting a location of interest. Participants post an update to the �h.h.� Sales Guide Facebook Page wall along with their photo or video. Update must include location of the photo/video including the state. All entries must be received during the Contest Entry Period. Each eligible entrant will be automatically entered into the Contest upon posting the update to the �h.h.� Sales Guide Facebook Page. Participants may enter as many times as they wish during the Contest Entry Period. All entries will become the property of Sponsor. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete or illegible entries. By entering the Contest, entrants affirm that they have read and accepted these Official Rules. Any entry information collected from the Contest shall be used only in a manner consistent with the consent given by entrants at the time of the entry, and with these Official Rules.

3. JUDGING/SELECTION OF WINNERS:

All eligible entries will be judged on their creativity, relevance to the theme, relevance to the state, and number and quality of Facebook interactions. The eligible Entries received during the Contest Entry Period will be judged with one week of the closing date on the criteria above by a panel of judges from Sponsor. All qualified entries will be treated equally. All decisions by the judges shall be final and one first place winner and one second place winner will be selected in the Contest for each state.

4. CONTEST WINNER NOTIFICATION:

Each potential winner will be notified by phone and/or email and/or courier service and will be required to fully comply with Sponsor�s verification process, which may require, as a condition of winning and redeeming a prize, completing, signing and delivering: an affidavit of eligibility, unless otherwise prohibited bylaw, a liability release and publicity release, and any applicable forms, documents and agreements reasonably required by Sponsor, including, without limitation, applicable tax forms within the time frame specified by Sponsor (collectively, the�Prize Claim Documents�). Sponsor will make up to two (2) attempts to reach each potential winner. If Sponsor is unable to reach a potential winner as prescribed in the preceding sentence, such potential winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected. Additionally, signed Prize Claim Documents must be returned within seven (7) days of receipt. Failure to complete, sign and deliver the Prize Claim Documents or to otherwise comply with these Official Rules will result in disqualification and forfeiture of the stated prize, and an alternate winner will be selected. Should a winner make any false or misleading statements in any documents referenced above, the winner will be required to promptly return his or her prize or the value thereof to Sponsor upon demand.

5. PRIZE:

A total of one (1) first place prize and one (1) second place prize will be awarded in each state Contest. First Place Prizes will consist of one (1) Canon EOS Rebel T1i Megapixel digital SLR Camera with EF-S 18-55mm IS Lens per state. Second Place Prizes will consist of one (1) Canon PowerShot 12.1 Megapixel Camera with 3x Optical Zoom, 2.5� LCD per state.

Prizes are not transferable, redeemable for cash or exchangeable for any other prizes. No substitutions are permitted, except at the discretion of Sponsor, which reserves the right to substitute another prize of equal or greater value. No cash equivalent for prizes will be awarded. Prizes only consist of items expressly specified in these Official Rules. All expenses or costs associated with the acceptance or use of any prize that are not expressly listed in these Official Rules are the responsibility of the winner. The total approximate retail value of each First Place Prize is $899.97 and each Second Place Prize is $249.97.

6. PUBLICITY:

Except where prohibited by law, by participating in the Contest, each participant irrevocably grants Sponsor, the perpetual right, without any liability to any person or entity, to use and authorize other persons or entities to use the names, voice, signature, photographs, images, likenesses, distinctive appearances, gestures, mannerisms and biographical material of or relating to each such participant in any and all advertising, publicity and promotional materials relating to the Contest and Sponsor throughout the world, without compensation of any kind.

7. USE OF INFORMATION:

The information that you provide in connection with the Contest is subject to Sponsor�s Privacy Policy(http://www.hhgregg.com/privacyPolicy.asp) for Sponsor�s internal purposes and to send you information about Sponsor�s products, services, promotional events or special offers, but will not be provided to third parties, except as necessary for the administration of the Contest, to provide Internet security or as required by law or legal process.

8. RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION:

As consideration for entering the Contest, each participant agrees to RELEASE, DISCHARGE AND COVENANT NOT TO SUE Sponsor, and any other sponsor and entity involved in the sponsorship, development, production, implementation and distribution of the Contest, and each of their respective direct and indirect affiliates, divisions, parent and subsidiary companies, officers, employees, shareholders, representatives, managers, members, directors, owners, agents, insurers, attorneys, predecessors, successors and assigns thereof (collectively, the "Released Parties"), from and against all claims, damages, charges, injuries, losses, proceedings, suits, actions (including but not limited to tort actions, product liability actions, wrongful death actions, warranty actions, breach of contract actions, privacy and defamation actions, misappropriation of likeness actions, identity theft, loss of consortium claims), expenses and attorney fees that they or anyone on their behalf (including but not limited to their heirs, representatives, or next of kin) have or might have for any death, injury, damage or claimed injury or damage arising out of, involving or relating to their participation in the Contest, and including, but not limited to, any claim that the act or omission complained of was caused in whole or in part by the strict liability or negligence in any form of the Released Parties.

Additionally, as consideration for entering the Contest, all participants agree to INDEMNIFY, HOLD HARMLESS, AND DEFEND the Released Parties in any action or proceeding from and against all claims, damages, charges, injuries, losses, proceedings, suits, actions (including but not limited to tort actions, product liability actions, wrongful death actions, warranty actions, breach of contract actions, privacy and defamation actions, misappropriation of likeness actions, identity theft, loss of consortium claims), expenses and attorney fees that they or anyone on their behalf (including but not limited to their heirs, representatives, or next of kin) have or might have for any death, injury, damage or claimed injury or damage arising out of, involving or relating to their participation in the Contest, or for their failure to comply with the terms of the release provision above. This agreement to indemnify, hold harmless and defend applies even if the act or omission complained of was allegedly caused in whole or in party by the strict liability or negligence in any form of the Released Parties.

9. WINNER'S LIST:

For a copy of the rules or a list of winners, visit the Sponsor's headquarters in Indianapolis during normal business hours or mail a written request with a stamped, self-addressed return envelope to Sponsor at: hhgregg hh Show Me Your State Winner's List, 4151 E. 96th Street, Indianapolis, Indiana 46240. Rules may be updated by Sponsor at any time and without notice.

11. TAXES:

Any valuation of the prize(s) stated above is based on available information provided to Sponsor, and the value of any prize awarded to a winner may be reported for tax purposes as required by law. Each winner is solely responsible for reporting and paying any and all applicable taxes related to the prize(s) and paying any expenses associated with any prizes which are not specifically provided for in the official rules. Each winner must provide the Sponsor with valid identification and a valid taxpayer identification number or social security number before any prize will be awarded. Any person winning over $600 in prizes from the Sponsor will receive an IRS form 1099 at the end of the calendar year and a copy of such form will be filed with the IRS.

12. LIMITATIONS ON LIABILITY, CONDUCT AND DECISIONS:

The Contest and its sponsor are in no way associated with Facebook. Facebook and its representatives do not have any bearing on this Contest. If for any reason this Contest is not capable of running as planned due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Contest, the Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest in whole or in part, at any time, without notice and award the prizes using all non-suspect eligible entries received as of this termination date. Sponsor also reserves the right to disqualify any individualwho is suspected of tampering with the entry process. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries. The Sponsor is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or telephone lines, computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or entry to be received by Sponsor on account of technical problems, printing, typographical or other human error or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Web site, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to entrants or any other person's computer relating to or resulting from participation in this Contest or downloading any materials in relating to this Contest. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TODELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THELEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE CONTEST IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINALAND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THESPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES OR OTHERREMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON(S) RESPONSIBLE FOR THEATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. Entry can only be made via one Facebook Profile per person. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of a winner based on a Facebook Profile, the winning entry will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the Facebook Profile submitted at time of entry. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to a Facebook Profile by Facebook. By participating in the Contest, participants agree to be bound by the decisions of the judges, Sponsor and its personnel. Persons who violate any rule, gain unfair advantage in participating in the Contest, or obtain winner status using fraudulent means will be disqualified. Sponsor will interpret these rules and resolve any disputes, conflicting claims or ambiguities concerning the rules or the Contest and Sponsor's decisions concerning such disputes shall be final. All decisions will be made by the Sponsor are final. The Sponsor may waive any of these rules in its sole discretion.

13. MISCELLANEOUS:

Sponsor may substitute prizes, amend the rules or discontinue the Contest at any time. Sponsor disclaims any responsibility to notify participants of any aspect related to the conduct of the Contest.

14. DISPUTES:

Except where otherwise prohibited by law, each participant in the Contest agrees that: (i) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Contest or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the United States District Court for the Southern District of Indiana in Indianapolis, or the appropriate Indiana State Court located in Indiana; (ii) any and all claims, judgment and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering the Contest or participating in the Contest, but in no event attorneys' fees; and (iii) under no circumstances will participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and participant hereby waives all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental and consequential damages, and anyother damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the participant, any Sponsor in connection with the Contest, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Indiana, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of laws principles (whether of the State of Indiana or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Indiana. In no event, will any participant be entitled to injunctive relief or equitable relief of any kind, or restrain the continuation of the Contest.

	Returns or Exchanges to Store:
	Avoid additional shipping charges by returning your purchase(s) (along with the original sales receipt) to one of our retail locations. All original product manuals, accessories and literature are required in order avoid restocking fees.

	Ship your Return or Exchange:
	If your purchase was shipped to you or you're not able to visit our store call us toll-free to obtain a Return Authorization at (866)-WSGREGG (866-974-7344) Monday through Friday, from 8am to 5pm (ET) or Saturday 9am to 6pm (ET). Customers are responsible for any shipping costs incurred in returning or exchanging a product.

	Request a Delivery Pick-Up for Returns or Exchanges:
	If you are returning an item that was delivered to you please call toll-free at (866) 974-7344 to arrange a pick-up time with our Delivery Department, or contact us. Since your complete satisfaction is our goal, there is no charge for us to pick up your return. Home delivery and set up, hook-up charges and installation fees are not refundable.
