You'll need to indicate your preferred shipping method when you've completed shopping online. We also offer additional shipping options at a charge such as 2nd Day and Next Day shipping.

A "3 hour delivery window" will be communicated via a confirmation call by the driver on the morning of delivery (6:30 am - 8:30am). No time requests.
Unpack, level and test appliances
Install icemaker prior to delivery
Refrigerator/Dryer door change prior to delivery
Hook up hhgregg electrical cord and dryer venting. Purchased seperately.
Normal gas hookup (4 or 6 ft. available; shut off directly behind the unit) [not available in Tennessee]
Partial icemaker line hookup* provided water valve is directly behind refrigerator
Removal of boxes and packing materials
Removal, or movement within the home (on a one for one basis) of old appliances or television

We cannot disassemble old units or remove stair banister or door frames to remove old appliances. Gas appliances must already be unlocked if we are not doing a new gas hookup. Movement and/or removal of old products can only be done at time of original delivery.
