Where and how can I get service? If you purchased an Extended Service Plan from hhgregg call 866-567-0581
for preferred service scheduling. Can I buy non-warranty replacement parts? Need of a new knob for your TV, drip pans for your range or a replacement remote? You can now buy replacement parts online simply clicking on Buy Parts. Top Of Page What if either the manufacturer's warranty or an hhgregg Service Plan covers my product? If you are covered by either the manufacturer's parts or labor warranty, or by an Extended Service Plan sold through hhgregg, repairs will be performed without charge assuming the defect is covered under the warranty. Be sure to bring your purchase receipt with you when you bring your product in for service so that we can easily confirm your coverage. If you've lost your hhgregg receipt but had given us your name, address or phone number at the time of your purchase, chances are we can track down your original purchase date and ticket number to determine your coverage. If we have no record of your purchase and you do not have proof of purchase, then repairs must be made on an out-of-warranty basis.
