For security reasons, it's a good idea to change your password at least once every three months. To change your password:

  4. Select "Change Password"
  5. Enter your new password and verify it for accuracy
  6. Click the "Save" button at the bottom of the page

Guest Users

Guest Users can track the status of their order using the tracking number provided in their shipping confirmation email at www.ups.com.
We offer two methods for shipping your orders from hhgregg.com:

  • Standard – 4 to 8 business days
  • Express – 3 business days
Business days include Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.



General Return & Exchange Policy

Whether you're returning or exchanging merchandise purchased online or at an h.h. gregg store, the following conditions apply:

  1. Merchandise must be returned within thirty (30) days of the original purchase date, and accompanied by the original sales receipt or warehouse packing slip.
  2. Merchandise must be in its original condition and include all original packing materials, accessories, product literature and warranty cards.
  3. Merchandise must be undamaged and intact.
  4. If returning an order by mail, the item can only be returned AFTER obtaining authorization from customer service.
