My Account Overview
To update your contact information, go to the My Account page and sign in. You can update your information any time.
In My Account, you can also view or update:
- Your orders
- E-mail address
- Password
- Shipping address
- Billing Address and wish list
- Wish Lists
- Coupon Wallet
Forgot Your Password?
You can reset your password here. Enter your email address and we'll send you an email with a secure link to reset your password.
For your security, we remove all billing information from your account when we email you the password link.
Change Your Password
For security reasons, it's a good idea to change your password once in a while. To change your password:
- Go to the My Account page
- Sign In to your account
- Select "Account Information" from your options on the left
- Select "Change Password"
- Enter your new password and verify it for accuracy
- Click the "Save" button at the bottom of the page
You can begin using your new password immediately.
Updating Your Email Address
You can update your email address any time. To change your email:
- Go to the My Account page
- Sign In to your account
- Select "Account Information" from your options on the left
- Enter your new Email Address and verify it for accuracy
- Click the "Save" button at the bottom of the page
Creating a Wish List
To create a wish list, you'll need to sign in to your hhgregg.com account. If you don't already have an hhgregg.com account, it's easy to create one. Please got to the My Account page to create an account.
Adding Items to a Wish List
To add items to a list, you must first sign in to your hhgregg.com account. Then find items on the website you want to add to your wish list. On the item's detail page, click on "Add to Wish List".
Sharing a Wish List
You can share your Wish Lists with friends and family by email. To send an email with a link to your list:
- Go to the My Account page
- Sign In to your account
- Select "Wish List" from your options on the left
- Under Email your Wish List, enter the: To email address, From Sender, From Email Address, and Additional Message
- Click the "Send wish list" button
