Services included in Basic Delivery:
- 40-Minute Call-Ahead Service: At hhgregg, we're always looking for ways to help. To make your delivery more convenient, we have a 40-Minute Call-Ahead Delivery service. Wherever you are, the delivery team will call you approximately forty minutes before they arrive at your home, so there is no need to wait at home all day!
- 3-Hour Window: A "3 hour delivery window" will be communicated via a confirmation call by the driver on the morning of delivery (6:30 am - 8:30am). No time requests. Now you can plan the rest of your day with our three-hour delivery window, and feel confident that you won't miss a meeting, errand, or appointment!
- Unpack, level and test appliances
- Install icemaker prior to delivery
- Refrigerator/Dryer door change prior to delivery
- Hook up hhgregg electrical cord and dryer venting. Purchased separately.
- Normal gas hookup (4 or 6 ft. available; shut off directly behind the unit) [not available in Tennessee]
- Partial icemaker line hookup* provided water valve is directly behind refrigerator
- Removal of boxes and packing materials
- Removal, or movement within the home, (on a one for one basis) of old appliances or television

Deliveries Outside of Normal Delivery Zone
hhgregg's home delivery is limited to zip codes located around our retail locations or distribution centers. To find out if you live within our normal delivery area, enter your zip code on a desired product's detail page. If you purchase a deliverable item, online a Customer Service Professional will contact you within 24 hours to arrange your delivery.
hhgregg will deliver to your home if you are outside of our normal delivery zone.
The cost for Basic Delivery out of zone is $94.99.

*Complete ice hookups additional charge. We cannot disassemble old units or remove stair banister or door frames to remove old appliances. Gas appliances must already be unlocked if we are not doing a new gas hookup. Movement and/or removal of old products can only be done at time of original delivery.
Gregg Appliances, Inc. CANNOT be held responsible for any damage to property during removal of old products.
Rescheduling a Delivery
If you are unable to keep your delivery appointment, please call 1-800-284-7344 Monday through Friday between 8AM and 6PM EST or Contact Us to reschedule.
Delivery Details
Customer Responsibilities for all Deliveries:
- An adult 18 years or older must be present during the delivery.
- Put all house pets in a seperate area from the delivery path.
- If merchandise is to be left on a porch, outside the home, or in a garage, a neighbor or responsible adult must accompany the Delivery Team and sign for the delivery.
- In inclement weather, please make sure there is a clear path from the street to the residence entrance (no ice, snow, debris, etc.)
