We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. We've set some basic guidelines you'll need to keep in mind when making a return or requesting an exchange. Your local hhgregg retail location representative can answer any product-specific question you may have.

Requirements for full refund or exchange:

Item must be returned within 14 days of purchase.
You must have your original sales receipt.
Merchandise must be in its original carton along with all packing materials, accessories, product literature and warranty cards.
Merchandise must be in new condition.

If the item is returned within 14 days but the above conditions are not met, a minimum of 10% of the purchase price will be charged as a restocking fee. On all special orders, a 100% non-refundable down payment is required and will not be refunded if the order is cancelled or the item is returned. Cancellation of any services required for operation of a product (digital satellite system service, PCS or cellular phone, etc.), is the sole responsibility of the customer.

Refunds over $100 for cash or check sales will be paid by check within 10 to 14 business days after the item is returned or the order is cancelled. If the original sale was paid for with a credit card, the refund will be credited to the customer's credit card account.

If the purchased product fails while under manufacturer's warranty or an hhgregg Maintenance Agreement, hhgregg's factory-authorized service department will repair your product according to the terms of those agreements.

A Few Exceptions to these Policies

Delivery, installation and activation charges will not be refunded.
Digital satellite systems (audio or video) may not be returned or exchanged.
Activated pagers may not be returned or exchanged.
Bedding and Mattresses
Ink cartridges, ink tanks and fax cartridges may not be returned or exchanged.
Radar detectors may be returned for exchange only.
Cellular phones:
- May not be refunded or exchanged
- There are no refunds on activation fees
- If contract is cancelled after more than 15 days, an early termination fee may be charged at the service provider's discretion

	Ship your Return or Exchange:
	If your purchase was shipped to you or you're not able to visit our store call us toll-free to obtain a Return Authorization at (866)-WSGREGG (866-974-7344) Monday through Friday, from 8am to 5pm (ET) or Saturday 9am to 6pm (ET). Customers are responsible for any shipping costs incurred in returning or exchanging a product.

	Request a Delivery Pick-Up for Returns or Exchanges:
	If you are returning an item that was delivered to you please call toll-free at (866) 974-7344 to arrange a pick-up time with our Delivery Department, or contact us. Since your complete satisfaction is our goal, there is no charge for us to pick up your return. Home delivery and set up, hook-up charges and installation fees are not refundable.

Optimum gain volume control circuitry - To produce volume at low levels, conventional volume attenuation methods must initially drop a signal close to the noise floor. Not too shabby but weak sub

I was originally looking to get Paradigm speakers but I just didn't have the space for floor standing speakers so I had to compromise with this system. Onkyo makes some of the best AVRs so I figured I'd go with them. The speakers are good with highs and mids but are kind of weak with lows (small speakers=poor lows, generally). I did not find the subwoofer even remotely adequate in my 11x20 living room, even with the gain all the way up. It is not loud enough and the lows sound very muddy. Listening to any good bass guitar riffs (ie. Rush) and you'll see what I mean. A lack of an adjustable crossover puts a hurt on the sub as well. I replaced it with my Infinity PS-12 and moved it to my computer setup, where it does an OK job. I wasn't expecting much from the sub to begin with and after about 10 minutes of listening gave it the boot. I have the system setup in 5.1 as, in most cases, the 6th and 7th channels aren't used or are just duplicated rear channels. My living room isn't that big so I didn't want to bother with running the extra wires. I tested the imaging of the system using episode two of Band of Brothers and I felt like I was there. A bullet impacting on the left of the screen sounded like it hit the left wall of my living room, a bullet whizzing by made me want to duck. All in all I've got to say that I am pretty impressed with this system. The sub is weak link but if you can replace it, this system can shine.
