Same Day Delivery - Retail Stores

One advantage of picking up your purchase from one of our retail locations is that you avoid paying delivery or shipping charges. During the on-line order process, you'll be given the option to pick up your purchase from one of our store locations. All on-line purchases will be made available for pickup within 72 hours of your on-line purchase unless the product qualifies for hhgregg's Webstock™ Guarantee. Make sure to bring your on-line sales receipt, a picture ID and the credit card you used to make your purchase when picking up your purchase from one of our retail locations. The name on the ID must match the name on the purchasing credit card. To ensure the security of your online purchases, only the person who made the purchase may pick up the merchandise at a store. At the time of pickup, if the item(s) are offered at a lower price in the store, we will automatically credit the difference to your credit card.



Webstock™ Guarantee

Just like hhgregg's in-store in-stock guarantee, you'll never need a rain check when purchasing a Webstock™ Guarantee item at hhgregg.com. In the rare event that you purchase one of these items, arrive at the store for pickup and it is not available, hhgregg will sell you the next better model for the same price! The substitute will be a comparable product with similar features and is chosen at the discretion of hhgregg store management. hhgregg reserves the right to limit quantities.

Webstock™ Guarantee Description

Webstock Guaranteehhgregg's Webstock™ Guarantee applies to all items designated with the descriptor logo (as seen to the left). When you purchase one of these items, and your order has been processed and confirmed by email, hhgregg guarantees that the item is available at your selected store location for immediate pickup. When you present your confirmation email at the store for pickup the Webstock™ Guarantee applies. This guarantee applies only to items purchased at hhgregg.com.

We cannot honor the Webstock™ Guarantee unless you make sure to bring

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. We've set some basic guidelines you'll need to keep in mind when making a return or requesting an exchange. Your local hhgregg retail location representative can answer any product-specific question you may have.

Requirements for full refund or exchange:

  • Item must be returned within 14 days of purchase.
  • You must have your original sales receipt.
  • Merchandise must be in its original carton along with all packing materials, accessories, product literature and warranty cards.
  • Merchandise must be in new condition.

If the item is returned within 14 days but the above conditions are not met, a minimum of 10% of the purchase price will be charged as a restocking fee. On all special orders, a 100% non-refundable down payment is required and will not be refunded if the order is cancelled or the item is returned. Cancellation of any services required for operation of a product (digital satellite system service, PCS or cellular phone, etc.), is the sole responsibility of the customer.

Refunds over $100 for cash or check sales will be paid by check within 10 to 14 business days after the item is returned or the order is cancelled. If the original sale was paid for with a credit card, the refund will be credited to the customer's credit card account.

If the purchased product fails while under manufacturer's warranty or an hhgregg Maintenance Agreement, hhgregg's factory-authorized service department will repair your product according to the terms of those agreements.

A Few Exceptions to these Policies

  • Delivery, installation and activation charges will not be refunded.
  • Digital satellite systems (audio or video) may not be returned or exchanged.
  • Activated pagers may not be returned or exchanged.
  • Bedding and Mattresses
  • Ink cartridges, ink tanks and fax cartridges may not be returned or exchanged.
  • Radar detectors may be returned for exchange only.
  • Cellular phones:
    • May not be refunded or exchanged
    • There are no refunds on activation fees
    • If contract is cancelled after more than 15 days, an early termination fee may be charged at the service provider's discretion

We've made returning your purchase a simple process! There are three ways to return your purchase(s):

Returns or Exchanges to Store:
Avoid additional shipping charges by returning your purchase(s) (along with the original sales receipt) to one of our retail locations. All original product manuals, accessories and literature are required in order avoid restocking fees.

Ship your Return or Exchange:
If your purchase was shipped to you or you're not able to visit our store call us toll-free to obtain a Return Authorization at (866)-WSGREGG (866-974-7344) Monday through Friday, from 8am to 5pm (ET) or Saturday 9am to 6pm (ET). Customers are responsible for any shipping costs incurred in returning or exchanging a product.

Request a Delivery Pick-Up for Returns or Exchanges:
If you are returning an item that was delivered to you please call toll-free at (866) 974-7344 to arrange a pick-up time with our Delivery Department, or contact us. Since your complete satisfaction is our goal, there is no charge for us to pick up your return. Home delivery and set up, hook-up charges and installation fees are not refundable.

A great TV

I've owned mine for about a month and it's been perfect. Great picture w/ plenty of inputs. I've never used the internal speakers as I use a Bose system with it. About the only thing I can think of that it lacks are S-video inputs. If you're concerned about burn-in, rest easy. This TV has 'programs' you can run in the event that you encounter any burn-in. It simply runs a white bar across the screen several times and this 'clears' the pixels back to black.

I have had this tv for almost a week now and we love it.my wife loves her pc games on this boy and her moveis also I love my blue rays and sports they look 3D our hood loves it too! This babby is #1 out of all the sets we had and have. Thanks to GOD I got the set I wanted. thank you Tim,Jerry at hhgregg in Mishawaka ,IN.
